  • 2, 3 and 4 days a week workout schedules available
    Additional full body workouts on Wednesday at noon, Friday at 11am
    and Saturday 10:15 and 11:30am.

Small Group Progressive Fitness Programs

The UFit2 Progressive Fitness Program provides affordable, personal training for people of all ages and any fitness level. Individuals participate in small groups(typically 4-6 participants), progressing at your own pace. Often referred to as a class, this program includes bodyweight exercises, resistance training, isometrics and flexibility drills. Significant emphasis is placed on multi-joint movements with a focus on developing shoulder, hip and core strength.
