NEW! Excel in Cycling 12 week indoor cycling program

Often imitated but NEVER duplicated: Excel In Cycling is Northeastern Ohio’s first and longest running winter indoor cycling program where participants use their own bicycles. With a firm foundation in sports-science based training (neuromuscular, cardiovascular & strength/power), the EIC program is a three-month series of classes that gradually channel cyclists through increasingly more complex exercises, drills and intensity levels as their outdoor season approaches.

January 2012 Session Small Group Personal Training starts Monday 01/02/12

Note: some of the small group personal training classes are already full! Additional classes can be formed based on the need. Please feel free to ask about adding a class time if you do not see one that works for you.

The UFit2 Progressive Fitness Program provides affordable, personal training for people of all ages and any fitness level. Individuals participate in small groups(typically 4-6 participants), progressing at your own pace. Often referred to as a class, this program includes bodyweight exercises, resistance training, isometrics and flexibility drills. Significant emphasis is placed on multi-joint movements with a focus on developing shoulder, hip and core strength.
