Classes on Wednesday evening - February 10th and all day on Thursday February 11 will not be held - additional classes will be held on Wednesday afternoon at noon and Friday at 11am and 12:15pm for anyone that can attend. Classes will resume normal schedule on Saturday.

The UFit2 Progressive Fitness Program provides affordable, personal training for people of all ages and any fitness level. Individuals participate in small groups(typically 4-6 participants), progressing at your own pace. Often referred to as a class, this program includes bodyweight exercises, resistance training, isometrics and flexibility drills. Significant emphasis is placed on multi-joint movements with a focus on developing shoulder, hip and core strength.
