UFit2 Exercise Videos
I will post a variety of videos in this online library. It will be a combination of videos that I recommend from others posted online, as well as a variety of my own videos for specific age groups and/or muscles.
Shown below is a series of short videos demonstrating 3 different exercise circuits that can be combined for one complete full body workout. These circuits can be done with just a band, some plastic cones and a lightweight dumbbell. Use the playlist button in the top left corner of the video to select individual circuits or simply let the video play and you will automatically be cycled through all three circuits.
