Small Group Personal Training Sessions

We offer a variety of small group personal training sessions to accommodate your schedule. Choose from mornings, evenings or weekends. Join an existing group or contact us about starting your own small group personal training session with friends or family.

January Session starts 01/02/2012

Note: You do not have to wait until a new session starts to join a group. Pricing is pro-rated when you join during the month. The exercises are tailored to the individual - all fitness levels are welcome. Call for availability - some classes are full!

Monday - Wednesday Class Times

7:00am - 8:00am
8:30am - 9:30am
9:40am - 10:40am
5:30pm - 6:30pm

7:00am - 8:00am
8:15am - 9:15am
10:40am -11:40am
12:15pm - 1pm
5:30pm - 6:30pm
6:40pm - 7:40pm

Once a Week Classes (Full Body Workouts):

 

Friday

8:15am - 9:15am (Full Body strength circuits with cycling intervals)
10:40am - 11:40am (Full Body workout with a 30 minute spinning session immediately following)

Saturday

9:15am - 10:15am Full Body Workout
10:30am -11:30am Full Body Workout
