Small Group Personal Training Sessions

We offer a variety of small group personal training sessions to accommodate your schedule. Choose from mornings, evenings or weekends. Join an existing group or contact us about starting your own small group personal training session with friends or family.

Twice a Week Classes: September 2010 session

Note: You do not have to wait until a new session starts to join a group. Pricing is pro-rated when you join during the month. The exercises are tailored to the individual - all fitness levels are welcome.

Monday & Wednesday Class Times

Once a Week Classes (Full Body Workouts):

  • Friday Morning Class Time: 11:00am - Noon

  • Saturday Morning Classes - Full Body Workouts**

    - 10:15am - 11:15am
    - 11:30am - 12:30pm

    **Saturday morning classes are first-come, first-serve basis from week to week unless you have a permanent class time scheduled. Sign up at the studio or text us for a reservation.
