We offer a variety of small group personal training sessions to accommodate your schedule. Choose from mornings, evenings or weekends. Join an existing group or contact us about starting your own small group personal training session with friends or family.
Note: You do not have to wait until a new session starts to join a group. Pricing is pro-rated when you join during the month. The exercises are tailored to the individual - all fitness levels are welcome.
