progressive fitness programThe Progressive Fitness Program is an affordable, effective way to maximize your time in the gym and get personalized attention from a trained fitness professional in a small group environment. By participating in this program, your workouts are tailored to your skill level. You learn proper form and technique,which reduces your chances of injury and ensures that you are getting the most benefit from the exercises performed.

It's all about Progression. . .

Whether you are actively working out or just getting started, this program has something to offer everyone. Our bodies adapt quickly to the workout routine we set in place. Progressive Fitness is all about challenging yourself, changing the routines and consistently participating in a fitness routine that produces results. As you become proficient in an exercise, it is progressed to the next level of difficulty increasing your overall performance.

Form, Function. . .Fit

The focus of this program is on building a stronger, leaner body, by finding the weak links in our muscular chain, the imbalances that create compensation patterns. Form is of the utmost importance, and movement patterns that create solid function will make you more fit - and ultimately more balanced.

Through a variety of bodyweight exercises, resistance training and flexibility drills we give each participant a path to building a stronger, leaner and more functionally fit body. All of our workouts are very metabolic by nature and provide cardio conditioning as well.

Important Things to Know Before Your First Progressive Fitness Session

  • Bring water - towels, mats and equipment are supplied.
  • Bring workout gloves, we spend a lot of time on our hands and/or in contact with the floor.
  • We start and end at the scheduled time - don't be late, your warm up is important.
  • Your Personal Trainer is available 10 minutes before/after each workout for questions
  • One make up workout is held every week for anyone that missed a scheduled one that week.
