The focus of this program is on building a stronger, leaner body, by finding the weak links in our muscular chain, the imbalances that create compensation patterns. Through a variety of bodyweight exercises, resistance training and flexibility drills we give each participant a path to building a stronger, leaner and more functionally fit body. All of our workouts are very metabolic by nature and provide cardio conditioning as well.
