Biggest Loser Challenge 2012

Start Date: January 7, 2012
End Date: March 17, 2012

Overview of Program
The goal of this contest to provide UFit2 clients with a fun, challenging way to help lose weight and reach your fitness goals. There will be three winners as follows:

Age 39 and under - Most percentage of bodyweight loss
Over 39 - Most percentage of bodyweight loss
All Ages - Most inches loss

Rules
You must weigh in at least once every 2 weeks, and everyone must weigh in the last two weeks of contest. The scale that will be used for weigh-in is the one located in the hallway outside of the small group personal training room.

Prizes
Winners recieve one free month of training at UFit2. Special note: Winners must stay within 4lbs of the weight they achieved for contest, or they will be required to pay back the month of free training. Might sound like a crazy rule, but the two winners last year have maintained their weight loss for an entire year!

  • Indoor Group Cycling Class Schedule - Summer 2011
    Additional classes are being formed. Our indoor group cycling program is conducted in a room specifically for cycling, and the classes are kept small to allow for more individual attention. Class sizes are limited to 8 riders. To reserve your time slot, please call, text or email us.
