- Progressive Fitness Schedule - September 2010
Shown here are the days and times of our small group personal training September Session. We offer a variety of times and days for your convenience. The schedule shows all twice a week and once a week classes currently available.
Note: Mondays and Tuesdays are upperbody workouts / Wednesdays and Thursdays are lowerbody workouts. Friday and Saturday are Fullbody workouts. The workouts are structured specific to the participants in each class, and progressed at the individual's pace.

Additional classes are being formed. Our cycling program is conducted in a room specifically for cycling, and the classes are kept small to allow for more individual attention. Class sizes are limited to 8 riders. To reserve your time slot, please call, text or email us.
