Overview of Program
The goal of this contest to provide UFit2 clients with a fun, challenging way to help lose weight and reach your fitness goals. There will be three winners as follows:
Age 39 and under - Most percentage of bodyweight loss
Over 39 - Most percentage of bodyweight loss
All Ages - Most inches loss
Rules
You must weigh in at least once every 2 weeks, and everyone must weigh in the last two weeks of contest.
The scale that will be used for weigh-in is the one located in the hallway outside of the small group personal training room.
Prizes
Winners recieve one free month of training at UFit2. Special note: Winners must stay within 4lbs of the weight they achieved for contest, or they will be required to pay back the month of free training. Might sound like a crazy rule, but the two winners last year have maintained their weight loss for an entire year!
