Small Group Personal Training - Progressive Fitness Program

Pricing effective as of November 1, 2011

  • 4-week Session / 2 days a week - pricing: $135 per person
    - (8) 1 hour workouts at scheduled time
    - Nutritional Guidance
    - Weigh-in
    - Body fat testing
    - Measurements
    - 30 minute one-on-one initial fitness assessment (first time clients only)

  • OPTIONAL 4-week Session / 3 days a week - pricing: $165 per person
    - (12) 1 hour workouts at scheduled time
    - Nutritional Guidance
    - Weigh-in
    - Body fat testing
    - Measurements
    - 30 minute one-on-one initial fitness assessment (first time clients only)

  • 4-week Session /1 day a week -pricing: $70 per person
    - (4) 1 hour workouts at scheduled time
    - Nutritional Guidance
    - Weigh-in
    - Body fat testing
    - Measurements

  • Drop-in Rate for once a week classes: $20

One-on-One Personal Training

  • One Person - 60 minute session: $55
  • One Person - 30 minute session: $35

Please note - 24 hour cancellation notice is required if you are not able to attend your booked day and time for ALL private training. Otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

UFit2 Fitness Pass

Fitness Pass can be used by any family member for the following services:

Indoor Group Cycling Classes - 1 credit
Pump and Pedal Classes - 2 credits
Bootcamp Classes - 2 credits

  • 10 credits - $60
  • 20 credits - $100
  • 30 credits - $120

Your initial fitness assessment and introductory workout is absolutely FREE! This is your opportunity to meet the trainer, and feel comfortable with your choice before you make the commitment.
