Introductory Offer - Ride for FREE in August!

We are excited to be offering indoor group cycling classes. UFit2 indoor cycling classes are open to everyone. During the month of August everyone rides for FREE. Current UFit2 clients can ride as often as you like - no charge throughout the month.

Not a UFit2 client? Come on in and enjoy a ride on us! First time visitors ride free.

Spinning Certified Instructors

All of our instructors are Spinning certified and trained in the latest indoor cycling methodologies and techniques.


Pump & Pedal Indoor Cycling Class

Not your everyday indoor group cycling ride. . .

Pump and Pedal is a unique indoor cycling program designed to make you stronger, more functionally fit and improve your cardio conditioning all in one 90 minute session.

This class includes:

  • Dynamic Stretching Drill Warmup
  • 45 minute fullbody circuit training using resistance bands, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises
  • 35 minute structured, heartrate zone training ride
  • 10 minute Cool Down
