"I enjoyed Sandy's class. The exercises are not your typical bicep curl-type. They are unique, and effective if we use muscle soreness as a sign! The exercises I struggled with early in the session got easier as time went on, so I knew I was improving! Although many of the exercises are challenging, I consistently left class feeling good about what I accomplished. Sandy sets a light tone in the class with her good humor, yet it's obvious that there's nothing light about her knowledge of how each exercise benefits us. The classes are planned out in advance in writing, professionally taught, and Sandy modified each one as needed for people with joint issues or who were more/less advanced than the rest of the class. It's an extremely worthwhile class - I have already signed up for the next 2 sessions!"
